2007 Golf Outing Nearly two months before the June 29^th date, we had the event sold out. Over 154 golfers enjoyed the beautiful weather at the 15^th Annual Latin Golf Outing held at Grantwood Golf Course in Solon, Ohio. The Winking Lizard Restaurant served a delicious lunch and dinner, followed by a 50/50 raffle with some great door prizes. This year we also held a live auction, which included two lion rugs and a framed collage poster. Ken Kampman ’55, Jim O’Neill ’57, Gene O’Neill ’55 and Frank Zammataro ’55 won the outing with a score of 58 (that’s 13 under) and also had the only skin with an eagle on hole #15. Congratulations to all of the winners. Each golfer received a purple tubular cooler with a gold lion logo on it. They were great to hold everyone’s beverages throughout the outing. We would like to thank all of our hole sponsors and volunteers who helped make this year’s event very special.
